Payment of a deposit and a portion of the accommodation fare is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 90 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released after departure on return of the keys, and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
Please give as much notice as possible if cancelling a booking. Please get in touch, and we will provide our terms and conditions
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you cannot select the dates you would like in the calendar, please contact us. Check-in is at 10am and check-out time is at 4pm.
