The property is perfectly located in the Heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City, offering easy access to nightlife, public transport, the city centre, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the location and the cosiness. We have two bedrooms with plenty of storage space for your clothes/belongings; an airy open plan living/kitchen area and a large bathroom with a bath, offering guests the choice of a relaxing soak after a long day out exploring or working. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

In light of the recent developments concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, I am taking extra precautions and measures to ensure my property is being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. I want to assure all guests I have taken these extra steps to ensure the health and safety of all travelers I host.

Space

Tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment, offering all the comforts of home; juicers, docking station, everything you could need for a perfect stay. We have also just installed a brand new boiler. Offering great views across the Merchant city and into the city centre this is a great base for exploring Glasgow and beyond. ** Exclusive offer for all my guests. I have agreed a fantastic discount scheme with some of the best restaurants, bars and cafes in Glasgow. Guests will be able to claim up to 15% off at venues such as Kelvingrove Café, Brutti Compadres and Chinaskis. There are around 20 venues on this list, all are independently owned and are places where I eat, drink and visit regularly and want you to enjoy the same. Details are contained within the guidebook I will send you.

Transit

Queen Street and Glasgow Central railway stations are within 10 mins and 15 mins walking time respectively. Buchanan Street Bus Station is also some 15 mins walk.
Also guest have the option of the subway (locally known as “Clockwork Orange”) to travel across Glasgow. The local subway stations can be found at Buchanan Street and St Enoch. It is an experience taking a trip on the subway if the guest has time.
Taxis are plentiful in and around the area and are reasonably affordable. Uber also operates in Glasgow, you can download the app and set up an account easily.
Glasgow International Airport is 20 minutes away in a taxi which would cost approximately £20. Alternatively you can get the airport express bus from George Square which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

We like to give our guests space to enjoy their time in Glasgow but we are available should there be any issues or if you have any questions.

Neighborhood

Our apartment is ideally located for a great stay in Glasgow. It is situated in the heart of the Merchant City, which has a wide range of cafes, restaurants, delis and bars close by, as well as the Designer Shopping District.
The apartment is well located, within easy walking distance of many local theatres, museums and universities (including Strathclyde Technology and Innovation Centre).
Also located close by are several convenience stores (such as Tesco, Aldi and Sainsburys) and these will provide the main requirements for self-catering.
A trip on the open topped bus will give a great insight into the culture and history of the city. These buses can be found in George Square.

Access

Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. All check in details will be sent in advance via our electronic guidebook link.
