The Merchant City is one of the most popular and stylish areas in Glasgow City Centre. There is an abundance of great bars, restaurants and shops within minutes of the front door. The property is situated right next to the stylish Wilson St Pantry, a must do brunch spot. There are stylish boutiques and clothes shops just across the road and the main shopping area of Buchanan Street is less than five minutes’ walk away.

Acccess to the property is via fob controlled security gates giving access to an 8 man lift. There is on the street paid parking but the apartment offers a single off-street car parking space in the basement garage.
