Our apartment is in the very heart of Glasgow, 100m from George Square, amongst the luxury stores, elegant bars, cafes, and restaurants of the thriving Merchant City district. The perfect place for a romantic break, a shopping weekend, or a business trip. We look forward to welcoming you on your next Glasgow getaway!

Space

With a comfy King Size bed and fluffy pillows, you’ll feel right at home here in this flat in the heart of Glasgow. The kitchen is an open plan set up, leading into a spacious living room with a beautiful chesterfield sofa and a separate dining table with loads of space, also an ideal space to work on your laptop. All rooms are spacious, you’ll never feel cramped in my well-proportioned apartment. You should know that Dave looks after my property for me, and he will respond to all inquiries.

** The flat is located close to a Pokémon stop and a Pokémon gym (if you don’t know what that is join the club!) but we are reliably informed that this is a great incentive for kids!

Transit

Queen Street and Glasgow Central railway stations are within 10 mins and 15 mins walking time respectively. Buchanan Street Bus Station is also some 15 mins walk.

Also guests have the option of the subway (locally known as “Clockwork Orange”) to travel across Glasgow. The local subway stations can be found at Buchanan Street and St Enoch. It is an experience taking a trip on the subway if the guest has time.
Taxis are plentiful in and around the area and are reasonably affordable.

Notes

The third person will sleep on a blow up mattress- true to AirBnB’s roots.

We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay at this flat in the heart of Glasgow

Please note, check in and check out is not available on the 25th of December and the 1st of January.

We like to give our guests space to enjoy their time in Glasgow but we are available should there be any issues or if you have any questions.

Neighbourhood

Location, location, location.
This really is as central as it gets, you can walk everywhere and explore on foot, George Square which is 100 metres away is the very centre of Glasgow, which we think is the best city in the world!
Shopping breaks – Buchanan Street (5 min walk) has some of the best high street shopping in the UK
Eat and drink – all on the doorstep, the best pizza joint in Glasgow is just opposite the apartment serving wood fired pizzas, also the Merchant City area is a 2 min walk with heaps of bars and restaurants
Christmas Market – George Square comes alive at Christmas time with an ice rink and mulled wine bars – but don’t worry, it’s a great spot to visit at all times of the year.

Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. All check in details will be sent in advance via our electronic guidebook link.
