The property has been finished to a very high standard with two comfortable bedrooms both with built in wardrobes, a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower and a large open plan kitchen and living room with fibre broadband and a smart TV. There is also an enclosed back garden with seating and a designated parking space to the front of the property.

Transit

The property is well located for walking to the city centre (20 minutes), Finnieston (15 minutes), SEC and Hydro (7 minutes). There are frequent buses available from Paisley Road West (3 min walk) that go directly into the city. Shields Road underground station is a 10 minute walk and provides easy access to the whole city. Glasgow International Airport is approximately 15 minutes in a taxi and would cost around £20. There is a dedicated parking space at the property for anyone brining a car.
