The open-plan living area is flooded with natural light and features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV for your entertainment, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals or catching up on work. From the living area, you can step out onto a small private balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a breath of fresh air.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious breakfast or a simple dinner, including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and all essential cookware and utensils. Tea and coffee are provided to get your day started right.
Retreat to the peaceful bedroom, boasting a plush double bed with crisp, clean linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring. There’s also ample wardrobe space for your belongings.

Transit
Getting around Glasgow from Virginia Street couldn’t be easier, whether you prefer to walk, hop on public transport, or drive.
On Foot: Many of Glasgow’s top attractions are within easy walking distance. You’re just a 2 minute walk to Argyle Street 4-minute walk from George Square and The Glasgow Bus stop (for hop-on/hop-off tours), a 5-minute walk to the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA), and around 7 minutes to Buchanan Street for prime shopping. The vibrant restaurants and bars of Argyle Street and Trongate are practically on your doorstep.
Train: The flat is exceptionally well-connected by rail. Argyle Street Station (for local ScotRail services) is just a 6-minute walk, and Glasgow Queen Street Station (for connections across Scotland and to Edinburgh) is only about a 7-minute walk away. Glasgow Central Station (for routes to the south and west of Scotland and England) is also easily accessible on foot, roughly a 10-12 minute walk.
Subway: Glasgow’s underground “Clockwork Orange” offers a quick and easy way to explore the city centre, West End, and Southside. The closest subway stations are St Enoch (approx. 5-7 minute walk) and Buchanan Street (approx. 10-minute walk), providing a convenient loop around the city’s key areas.
Bus: Numerous bus stops are located just a minute or two from Virginia Street, offering extensive routes across the city. Bus services on Albion Street, Garth Street, Wilson Street, and Stockwell Street provide excellent connections to various neighbourhoods and attractions.
Taxis & Ride-Sharing: Taxis are readily available throughout the city centre, and ride-sharing services also operate in Glasgow.
Parking: While Virginia Street is a city-centre location, several multi-storey car parks are available nearby if you’re arriving by car. Q-Park Candleriggs (approx. 5-minute walk) and NCP King Street (approx. 7-10 minute walk) are convenient options. Please note that city centre parking can be expensive, and we recommend checking current rates and availability online if you plan to bring a car.
