The lodge was completed in March 2022 and provides spacious and stylish accommodations for groups or families. The elevated position provides stunning views of Loch Awe from the balcony that runs the length of the building. The lodge has direct access to the loch and use of a shared pontoon. The lodge is set in a rural location on the banks of Loch Awe but is only 20 minutes from Inveraray and 40 minutes from Oban. The property has Starlink superfast wifi to ensure that you are fully connected throughout your stay.
Space
Internally the lodge has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and double doors with stunning views over the loch. There is a further double bedroom with loch views and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath. The main living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and open-plan living area with access to the balcony and views over the loch and out to the hills in the distance.
Transit
Due to the rural nature of the property you will require a car. If people are coming to meet you during your stay they would be able to get a bus from Glasgow to Inveraray.
Notes
Rental of high chairs and travel cots can be arranged, 48hrs notice is required though

Neighborhood
The property is located in a rural location on the banks for Loch Awe. The development is accessed via a track which brings you from the road down to the lochside. Ardbrecknish House is at the top of the track and serves meals and has a bar. The closest town is Inveraray, which is 20 minutes by car. Inveraray has numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and takeaways as well as a Co-op where you will be able to pick up any supplies you need.
