The apartment is on the 4th floor and is accessed from a common corridor off the main entrance vestibule. It comprises a bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and coffee table amongst other splendid decors. There is also a dining table and chairs which could also be used as a workspace.

Just off the living room is a well-appointed kitchen with an electric ceramic hob and oven and integrated fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The bedroom is upstairs, comprising a Superking Size Bed with bedside tables, wonderful paintings, and a hanging rail for your items. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and shower screen, wash-hand basin, toilet. The bathroom floor and walls have been tiled.

There is a door entry handset on the wall in the entrance hall if receiving visitors. It operates the main entrance door but not the door to the corridor.

Transit

There are exceptional transport links with both major train stations around 5-10 min walk away.
